Hey everyone!

My wife and I are looking for a real estate agent for the Joshua Tree area for our first purchase. We’re looking to buy either a parcel of land, or a place to fix up and rent out as a vacation rental.

Also any leads on a good mortgage broker would be super helpful too!

@Account Closed my firm has worked in Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley for a number of investors like yourself.  Scott Simmons with desertempiremortgage . com will be a wealth of information for your financing needs up there.  He is a local and Scott has helped finance several deals for our clients as well as my own multifamily deals in the area.
