Investor friendly agent - Bethlehem, PA

I am considering investing in property for the purpose of student housing rental in Bethlehem, PA. I live in Northern NJ so I would like to work with an investor friendly agent who knows the particulars of the area, especially the specifics of student housing. I'm sure I could go through the phone listings in the area but I feel the folks here on BP could give me better recommendations.

Hello @Joe Cusick, I know this post was a long time ago, but does your wife still happen to do Real Estate in the Bethlehem area? I am looking to invest in a few multi-family units and would love to see if her and I could potentially work together in the near future.
