I want to know he ins and out of open houses!! Should I work my own open house?? What should I have available at the open house??? Should I put out signs??? Should I let another agent work it? Should I pay the agent to work it for me??? What's a good fee?? If I pay the agent do they bring me back the leads? How many open houses should I have over the course of a month?? PLEASE HELP!!!!
