How do RE Agents Go About Finding New Clients

Hello BP,

Was hoping to hear from some realtors in the community to see how you all go about finding new customers/clients who flip homes to work with.

I would also enjoy hearing from some investors who work with agents to get some ideas specifically from them as to what they look for in an agent.

Thanks in advance.

I'm a real estate broker/investor, and I like to flip houses. I have a mix of business: retail buyers and sellers, a couple other investors that I work with along with selling my own flips.
If I were trying to target more flippers to get their listings, I would look at past sales in your area to identify flips. Then I would look for the listings that were not presented well( poor pictures, no staging, unstylish upgrades). Reach out to these investors and show them how you can increase their sales price with design ideas and proper presentation. In my market this is the biggest deficiency with investors..not connecting or exciting buyers.
I hope this helps you.
