Looking for a REA/REI

Hello! I'm hoping to find not only a Real Estate Agent, but one who either has experience with REI's or who themselves are investors- located in or near Lawrenceville. I hope that this person will also have knowledge of some good GC's that will be able to renovate my property(painting and flooring), after which I will be selling it. I intend to continue to invest in this area, so I'm hoping to establish a long term relationship for future dealings and investments. I expect to be in the area for another several weeks
