Passed Exam, Looking for Broker

I did it. Against all odds, I passed both state and national exams this quiet autumn morning in Houston Texas. Okay it wasn't that bad. Or dramatic. But I am glad I don't have to do it again!

I got the license to assist my network of investors and also help non-investor folks with their real estate needs. It will be a part-time pursuit, but I do have a flexible day job and am able to take calls, email, and leave when I need to.

Looking for a broker anywhere between Clear Lake and Galveston. If these goals and arrangement seem like a good fit, feel free to PM me. It would be great to work with a BP-friendly broker.

Get a broker who is going to coach you and knows a lot about all the different ways you can make money in real estate.

I find a lot of brokers just want you to represent buyers and sellers and take their cut. Remember you can wholesale something and your broker doesn't deserve a cut of that.  However you need to make sure the owner knows you are a licensed agent.
