Hi,

   Anyone can kindly reply me? 

I'm thinking to get real estate agent licence . I have few questions and they are below.

1) I live in NJ and  I would like to know how much a real estate agent fresher will make annually. 

 2) How much percentage I need to share with the company I work? 

3) How much do I need to invest in advertisement sites and other miscellaneous.
