Dear Investor,

        I found a property in Franklin and seems nice and affordable price.. I would like to buy and rent it.. Property cost $75000 . I need a idea, Since I live in Jersey City , I know the market ,, Is always busy and can rent easily.. I'm wondering how much population is there and possible to rent it ..

Hi Everyone,

    I'm interested in buy and hold. I don't have much funds to  invest in north or central jersey. I'm thinking to invest in single, or  2 family homes( if available mostly in south more of single family type)  in south jersey for rental purpose. Since its not close to city or is it possible to have get tenants year around? Curious to know!

 Thank You for responding. I live in North NJ. So Can I say that I need to invest $500.00 per month for advertising?  For instance say, If I make 3000 for one deal , 50% goes for advertising,sharing and other charges?

  I started as wholesale, I live in New Jersey. I'm considering to get a licence.If I get licence I would like to know how much do I need to invest in advertisement,miscellaneous  and also what percentage do I need to share with the company I work for? How much will I be making monthly initially?
