Finding Properties to Manage

What's the best way to find properties to manage? I'm a licensed RE Agent here in Florida and I've been looking for properties to manage, and despite me blowing up the phones for the past few weeks (Craigslist FSBOs and FRBOs, "Contact Seller Direct" on MLS, MLS listings with high Days on Market) I haven't been able to find anyone who wants someone to manage their property. I've also been posting on numerous sites, describing my services.

Am I missing something? Anyone want me to manage their North Eastern Florida houses?
