Simple answer:

Buy several houses in North East Florida and let me manage your rentals for you! Easy as that! :)

Greetings!

My name is Shane Weeks. I've been a licensed Real Estate Agent here in Florida for a little over a year now. I'm currently broke, but working hard on changing that every day.

I recently re-activated my license after a brief hiatus due to family, but now I'm back with a great company that specializes in Property Management in North East Florida. I'm also thinking about getting my CAM license.

I'm 20 years old, and with a lot to learn, but immensely determined to be successful. I'm a quick learner and I would appreciate any advice I may receive. My short term goals are to manage 50 properties by the end of the year, and manage over 100 before this time next year. My long-term goal is to own 100 cash-flowing houses paid in full by time I am 30 years old.

I look forward to meeting all of you and forging strong friendships with anyone who is willing to be a friend.

What's the best way to find properties to manage? I'm a licensed RE Agent here in Florida and I've been looking for properties to manage, and despite me blowing up the phones for the past few weeks (Craigslist FSBOs and FRBOs, "Contact Seller Direct" on MLS, MLS listings with high Days on Market) I haven't been able to find anyone who wants someone to manage their property. I've also been posting on numerous sites, describing my services.

Am I missing something? Anyone want me to manage their North Eastern Florida houses?
