New Member from Philadelphia

Hi All!

I have been on this site for a bit just looking at the forums but I felt as though I should introduce myself. I am a new real estate agent from the Philadelphia area. I am not with an agency yet, but I did past my certification. I am also looking into securing my first rental property (duplex, triplex fourplex). I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or advice about picking an agency, getting started in the real estate agent business as well as buying their first rental property.
