If you were writing up a Purchase Agreement for your client for an Owner User Medical Office building, would you write an offer using CAR's Commercial Purchase Agreement (CPA) or AIR's Standard Offer Agreement?

What's the dollar amount of the transaction?  It may be in your client's best interest to have an attorney draft the purchase agreement for this.
