Motivated To Become A RE Agent! RE Agents please help

I'm currently almost finished with my real estate sales course work, and after I plan to take the state exam. I'm planning to become a hybrid agent, sales and rentals in Nevada and eventually invest in wholesaling and rehabbing properties. I have a few questions for licensed real estate agents. -How did you study & what helped you the most when preparing to take the RE state exam for the first time? (Aside from studying the books from the RE course) -How much money would you estimate a new agent will initially need, after paying for the exam and license, in order to get started with a real estate company? For example, to start off helping people find rentals and closing deals, etc. -Now that you're experienced in the RE field what advice would you give to new agents?
