Hi guys Im a real estate agent in the suburbs of chicago.  I've been an agent for about 3 months with 3 buyer sales under contract.  I'm asking and hopefully get some feedback from real estate agents about their market activity and "average" home sales they are seeing in their business as well the qty per month in and around Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ.

Basically,  I have had the thought of making a move to Colorado or Arizona recently and would love to continue buying and selling real estate as an agent and invest in properties.  Would love to hear your experience in these areas.  Thanks guy!

P.S. I'm not sure why it took me this long to get on biggerpockets!

Many thanks in advance.
