Hi, my name is Chan I'm a beginner investor and I'm looking to buy my first property in Charlotte, NC. Can anyone refer me to a realtor in the area that is also a investor. I know it's very important for my realtor to be a investor as well. I've been doing a lot of research but I must say it's a little scary now that I'm really ready to take this step. Thanks!
