Hey I just to say that Doug Swanson is your guy. He was very professional and did everything in a timely matter. My mortgage broker said he hasn't seen a more thorough inspection report. Last but not least he was very very affordable. Thanks but I don't think it's emotions I feel it's more about business. You can't start out telling me one thing just to get further I to negotiations and tell me something totally different. It seems like a lie at that. So basically starting out I asked what the lease agreement was between the seller and the tenant. They stated the tenant was month to month. Right before sending over the final contract they stated "oh the tenant signed a 1 year lease and it isn't up until sept 2017, is that ok with you." I feel that wasn't right and also took another week to come to an agreement about that. @Adam Schneider

Hey I need help understanding the purpose of a due diligence fee? I'm reading it's for the seller but what if the seller and the realtor for the seller has made it a hassle to come to a agreement on the contract. They have made this process even longer, taking long periods to respond and also lying about lease that is already in place. Should I still even pay a due diligence fee?

Adam Schneider and Michael Bowman do you feel a due diligence fee is worth it when the seller and realtor of the sell has given you the run around before even coming to agreement on the contract?
