Should I get Me RE License?
I have been studying my local markets closely and preparing to enter into my first deal. I have been thinking about getting my real estate license to assit with learning the industry and picking up some night and weekend work. Can anybody give me some insight into if this is a good idea?
Thanks,
Chris
