Do you use you broker's contracts or your contracts?
Just curious how everyone (agents) are doing this:
for fix n flips or whole deals - do you run your deal through your brokerage?
ex. You put a house under contract and assign it (to a non-represented investor) for a fee without using any brokerage input, signs, contracts, etc. Do you still split it with your broker (based on your commission structure)?
I haven't wholesaled a deal yet while under a broker, so I'm just trying to keep it clean
Thanks for any feedback
