Hey folks,

I will be down in the Bay Area and Sacramento during 4/16 - 4/20. I am looking for an agent to show me 4 bedroom houses I will be able to house hack. Hoping to find an agent that invests themselves and can also help me with local lending since I am from Minnesota.
