Using the MLS for Lead Generation

Hey everyone!

I recently got licensed and I've been playing around on the MLS. I wanted to know how you personally use the MLS to generate leads? I know I should look at expired listings and FSBOs but I don't see how to see which listings are FSBO and I haven't found any expired listings that have the owners' contact information on it. Help please!

you can find the owners contact usually on Realist Tax or the tax website. You may not find the phone number but you can knock on the door! Good luck :)
