Hey y'all,

I'm currently searching for an investor friendly realtor in the Houston/Clear Lake area.

I'm in search of a Multi to house hack or a 2/2 where the numbers make sense. I've found properties that really caught my eye but were scooped up very quickly and am looking for an agent to help me get to these properties more quickly.

Currently pre-approved for a traditional mortgage (FHA pre-approval planned) and have a good idea of what I'm looking for.
