I completed the realestateexpress online program. I completed the end of course test, but found it difficult, so now I'm looking for something more to prepare for the state exam. Thanks for the feedback.

Thank you. Great feedback... Seems great scenario for property appreciation. I thought I read that in the 32940 zip code (as example) average home price was ~$230,000, but rental prices were ~1600/mos. If those numbers are correct, there's not much left in cash flow after putting 20-30% down.

I'm moving to Melbourne Florida and I'll be looking for sfr within the next 6 months to hold and rent in the area. From a distance, It seems the current market prices in Melbourne (brevard county) no longer works for buy and hold strategy. Any thoughts? Are there even wholesalers in the area with deals that are worthwhile?

I'm working on getting my Florida real estate sales agent license and the next step is to take the state exam. What's the best way to prepare to pass the exam? Any recommended books or study methods you can share is appreciated? Thanks

@Ayana Young thanks for the tip.... Sent request

Thanks all... @Jonno Rushbrook, I sent you a pm with my information.  @Kerry Baird,  I was stationed on PAFB for 5 yrs, then pcsed to DMAFB.  I'll be retiring soon and returning to Melbourne.  I have one property in Melbourne and hope to purchase more to supplement my retirement.

hello,

I'm relatively new to BP and want to know if there are any Wholesalers in or near the Spacecoast (Brevard county) in Florida.... Specifically, Melbourne or Rockledge, FL?

Just want to get to know the players in the area... I want your help in starting to build my real estate empire.

Thanks in advance

Vic

Welcome to the forum...

Thank you all for taking the time to provide feedback. @Richard Kerski, I like the numbers you shared.... Does that include MLS access cost?
