Becoming RE broker without being an agent in WA
I am an investor and have been doing it for over 5 years. I live in Seattle area. My question is - can I get a RE managing broker license without being an RE agent/salesperson first? I have read somewhere that if you have real estate experience, you may be able to skip the process of being an agent first and directly become a broker. Otherwise you are required to work for at least one year as an agent before applying for broker license. Any advice would be appreciated.
