Are you looking for an agent to shotgun offers for wholesaling and trying to make a fee assigning??

Looking to put out low ball offers to try and do rehabs and flips to a retail consumer?

Looking at buying properties directly yourself to hold for cash flow?

Is this your own money sitting in the bank with proof of funds or are you using hard money or transactional funding?

I do not know of someone in your area but an agent should be asking these questions of a potential investor that wants help.
