Phoenix Metro - East Valley - RE Brokerage

Hello,

Any recommendations for a newly licensed Arizona real estate salesperson on which brokerage to hang license with?

My criteria is:

I still work full-time (non RE), but want to start part-time as an agent for the next year learning as much as possible and go full-time RE in January 2017. I like the sales aspect, but also looking to buy a rental or more, and maybe some property management.

Any good Phoenix metro (preferable east valley) brokerages where they are ok with part time sales, investor, and allows agents to do property management?

Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe

Hi Paul, I hung mine with West USA Realty when I first got licensed. They have offices all over, they are a big brokerage with plenty of support and training whenever you need it. They have a property management division also, Dave Pruitt runs that and I highly recommend his help for any PM questions, he's helped me a lot and still does.

East Valley has 2 offices that I am aware of, one is in Ahwatukee on Chandler Blvd and about 40th Street. I was at the Mesa office which is near Stapley & Baseline. Manager at the Mesa office has become a good friend of mine and I know several agents in that office that do sales/PM and some invest. I actually manage a property for one of the agents there.

Your best contact would be the manager at the Mesa office, Keri Schlief is her name. Office number is 480-820-3333, ask for Keri and tell her I sent you.

Hit me up anytime, happy to network!
