Looking For Detroit, MI Realtor

I have an opportunity to purchase a SFR in Detroit for under $18K that will appraise for about $60K at a minimum. It was just rehabbed, and a tenant is in place paying $500/month. The house will supposedly cash flow, but I haven't run the actual numbers yet.

I don't know much about the Detroit market. Can anyone give me any insight? I'm thinking I would like to flip this house. Is anyone purchasing in the Detroit market these days (in the nicer areas, not the war zones)? The house would cash flow while I was waiting, but any info would be helpful, especially from you Detroit realtors who work with investors. I would be specifically interested in the avg DOM for houses in great shape.

Thanks.
Dawn
