new real estate agent with investing background in Dallas (DFW)

Good evening everyone.

I have decided to add a new channel to my real estate investment business by getting my real estate license.

Along with helping my friends/family and colleagues buy, sell and lease their personal residences, I want to help investors locate properties on the MLS as well as be a selling agent on fix and flip properties. I have done fix and flip and wholesaling myself so I understand the investor mindset.

I am working at Coldwell Banker in Lakewood/White Rock area of Dallas, TX but I am willing to travel all over DFW and the surrounding to area to serve my clients.
