NEW HUD CHANGES

Can anyone give me some more information on the new changes that were going to be put into place on August 1st but now it is moved back from my understanding. I think it's mainly involving changes to the HUD before closing.

I think they are just making it so that buyers have to have the final paperwork at least three days before closing. Most title companies in my area have been doing that for awhile already to be prepared.
