Hello, 

I am looking for several realtors who work with investors in the city of Richmond, Virginia and its surrounding counties.  I come across a lot of great, off-market deals, and I would like to build relationships with several agents who can pass them on to their buyers who are looking for investment properties and can pay for them in cash.  I am certainly willing to pay the commission fees in exchange for bringing in buyers for my deals, and I think that we can really help each other out here.  If you are an investor friendly agent, or know any, please reach out to me on BP or give me a call anytime.
