is it better to work with a small real estate agency or well known/large one? From life experience sometimes the  old family business small businesses work better to achieve quality vs. quantity. Is it the same working with real estate agents working for a ReMaxx vs. Uncle Joes Real estate Co.

Who is more NEWBIE investor friendly?
