Yes Devin it is. They have different packages. I think it was $150 or so monthly.

Ever hear of the USPS's Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM)???  You can send over sized postcards for dirt cheap.

I've heard you mention this a few times. Can I ask what you put in the package? Is it something you do yourself? Thanks ahead.

Frank, I honestly haven't been making many. Definitely not enough. Just started farming a neighborhood. I've figured the best route for me is probably networking more, asking for referral business, and farming.

Good afternoon! I have a question about cold calling. So I've been a Realtor for a few years. I've sold a few homes, but I'm really falling short of my potential. I've become really honest with myself in realizing that I hate cold calling. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I purchased Vulcan 7, but because of this it's really worthless to me. For those of you that hate cold calling as much as myself, what strategies are you using to get clients? Mainly listing clients. Thanks.

Thank you all for your responses. I understand residential investments, but this is somewhat new. I've seen some of this at my local reia meetings, but never really looked into it until now. I think multifamily is the way to go. Rental market is stronger than the housing market here.

Please forgive me if this has been discussed. Couldn't find the answers I was looking for. How hard is it to finance a $550k apartment building? Is great credit required? What about down payment? I'm 40 and it's way past time to get a portfolio going. I'm also a Realtor and am familiar with wholesaling. Have wholesaled a couple. Thanks in advance.
