RE Broker to park license in Texas

I am looking to renew my RE License, and need to find a broker to park my license with that is Investor Friendly. I have a few that I have worked with in the past, but I was an REO Agent not an investor. I am still planning to work with other agents, but having my license will give me the ability to search MLS and view properties without needing appointments with others, etc.

Any recommendations?  I am in the Dallas market.

I have even considered going for my Broker's license, but that has added expenses as well.
