I'm new to this site and apologize if I'm doing things improperly. I'm having trouble finding properties to flip or rent. The typical agent, client thing has worked well. I'm in Macomb County MI and am looking for a wholesaler (I think). I'm a retired contractor  so poor condition is a plus. I have plenty of cash at my disposal.
