I'm new to this site and apologize if I'm doing things improperly. I'm having trouble finding properties to flip or rent. The typical agent, client thing has worked well. I'm in Macomb County MI and am looking for a wholesaler (I think). I'm a retired contractor  so poor condition is a plus. I have plenty of cash at my disposal. 

Macomb county is my primary focus. Last two deals were Chesterfield and Harrison Townships.. Also starting to see opportunities in Detroit.

single family stuff.. Typically looking for rougher condition stuff that scares off the average guy.  

I'm having very little luck finding home's with the typical real estate agent client connection. Are there better places to look?
