What would you recommend wholesalers offer to RE agents in order for them to run comps and/or provide access to the MLS? I receive deals that I can't close, so sometimes I offer that, but I'm not sure of what other incentives to offer.

 Excellent question @Frankie!

As an Agent who trains Realtors® to Wholesale, I can tell you what I teach people on my podcast as well as my blog.

In my opinion, the absolute, hands down BEST thing you can do to establish a relationship with a great Realtor® in your town is offer an exchange.

You would simply exchange your leads that want too much, or are in the very early stages of thinking of selling, or are otherwise useless to you as free listing leads to an agent of your choice.

The dialogue may go something like this...

By establishing this relationship on a "mutual respect" basis understanding that Realtors®, like Wholesalers and Investors have their place in the real estate spectrum you will undoubtedly find that your results will be far better!
