I have "The 10X Rule" and it is great!!! Highly recommended and very easy to understand and follow. Basically, it's all about MASSIVE ACTION! You'll read that a lot in the book. Let me know what you think when you get it!! I also recommend "The Compound Effect" by Darren Hardy and "The Motivation Manifesto" by Brandon Burchard. All great reads!!

Do you have a link for that training?

@Chaz Reid, I've heard I couldn't wholesale with a license. But after reading through the forums, I've learned that I'd just have to make sure the seller knows, verbally and in the contract, that I'm acting as the principal. Well, in my own interest and not the seller or buyers interest. I've had so many roadblocks w/o my license, that NOT getting one is no longer an option. At least IMO.

I am planning on obtaining my RE license in the next few weeks and wanted to know what the pro's and con's were of getting my license and running a great wholesaling business. I've heard it can be a good or bad thing. My main reasons for it is MLS access, networking with more people, and better understanding of the different markets. Thanks in advance!!!
