Core Capacities Index (CCI)

Does anybody know if this Core Capacities Index test is a real indicator of top RE agents or is it just a broker gimmick to lure you into trying to sell Real Estate for them? I took one of these test and  the results showed that I would be a great fit and match the core capacities of agents who make over 100k a year.  So I'm wondering if everyone gets the same results and it's just a numbers game for the brokers??  I am planning on getting my RE license regardless of this but I am very curious.
