I've been banging my head against the wall trying to find an Iowa agent that's willing to work with me.  My primary niche is lease options, so what I'm looking for are expired's no older than 30 days & zero to negative equity leads that you would be unable to list.

In return, I will pay a referral fee for each lead you provide upon signing of contract, and I will send you leads that doesn't fit my criteria for you to possibly turn them into listings.
