Hard Working Agent,

I am fairly new to this and was wondering if any of the experienced agents here possibly have a step by step checklist/template to follow as a guide in dealing with buyers/sellers that you go by that all of us newbies to the business could benefit from. For Example:

Step1: Get Pre- Approval

Step 2: Etc etc

*Including any and all paperwork requirements etc.

I don't know about you guys out there, but I often find myself stressed trying to piece everything together mentally in the moment. It would be very useful to have some type of step by step checklist to follow to relieve some of the anxiety that comes with negotiating deals as an inexperienced agent. Thank you in advance for any input or advice you may be able share with us.
