GIC Dealfinders

Please forgive me if this question has been placed in the wrong section as I do apologize in advance. If it is not in the right place, please guide me to the right area. I was looking for information yesterday about learning some things about investing. A friend of mine told me about a company called GIC Dealfinders. It appears that they are looking for people to look for FSBO properties and upload photos of the properties and to get some information from the sellers as well and upload it to their site. If they are interested in buying the property, they do the rest of the work involved to close the deal and they pay you up to $5,000 for each deal closed.

My question is, has anyone dealt with this company and if so, what is your opinion of them before I proceed to do anything?

Thanks!

-Melvin

Melvin,

I've never heard of it, but their site looks interesting.  I'll check them out and let you know what I find.

Gary,

I appreciate that very much. Having a set of more seasoned and experienced eyes to take a look at it and let me know what they think is very helpful and refreshing. I'm in the site now still looking over it and I will stand by for any points that stand out. Again, I thank you sir.

@ Melvin Gooden

 -  I am curious to know if you had any luck with this company?  I just signed up with them.  I'm looking for legit reviews or testimonials.

Thanks!
