GIC Dealfinders

Please forgive me if this question has been placed in the wrong section as I do apologize in advance. If it is not in the right place, please guide me to the right area. I was looking for information yesterday about learning some things about investing. A friend of mine told me about a company called GIC Dealfinders. It appears that they are looking for people to look for FSBO properties and upload photos of the properties and to get some information from the sellers as well and upload it to their site. If they are interested in buying the property, they do the rest of the work involved to close the deal and they pay you up to $5,000 for each deal closed.

My question is, has anyone dealt with this company and if so, what is your opinion of them before I proceed to do anything?

Thanks!

-Melvin
