Looking for advice from any Realtors or investors in the Orlando area. I just completed the course at ifrec and will be going for the state exam. Was wondering if anyone knew of a real estate company in Orlando that more focused on rehab and reo properties? I invest in rehabs now and would like to work for a company to invest my own money and to also look for properties for investors. Any info appreciated
