Need a Phoenix AZ agent to help me find first 4-plex

Hello, I am new to real estate investing, but have been doing a lot of focused research, and have been getting comfortable analyzing properties. I am interested in 1-4 unit properties, preferably 4-plexes. I have capital for downpayments on several properties in Phoenix, AZ.

I am confused whether I should be looking for a real estate agent, or a broker. It would be great if I can find a professional who also invests in multi-unit properties here in the valley.
