Middleburg, FL Mobile Home with Land

Hi, I'm trying to help someone out, sort of paying it forward. Does anyone have a suggestion for a Real Estate Agent in Middleburg, Florida for a Mobile Home sitting on an acre of land or can someone help me to determine comps for said double wide. They may sell it or rent it depending on how their numbers work out (so they're not a motivated seller [yet?]). They're planning on buying another house (also in Florida) if that helps. I'm not expecting a big response here because there's not much in it for you, unless you're interested in buying it or renting it out.

This is the closest thing I've got right now to a "real lead" though it's not a lead, you can't always help everyone, but I'm still new enough to be willing to chase stuff down. Thanks in advance.

Mobile home values are listed in NADA books and is valued just like a used car.

The land can be valued by looking at comps, or maybe tax records.
