Hello everyone. I'm curious to ask what strategy you guys use for agent/realtor outreach. I know some do SMS and email blasts but what have you found successful to get realtors' attention to send you deals?

@Matthew Francese

Interview lots of agents and discover which ones can add value to your search. Have a plan and target property, and be ready to buy.

Reach out to an Investor focused Agent like the ones on BP and also join REIA Facebook groups and post what your Buy Box is so agents, investors, wholesalers & others can send you what they have that fits.

Best of luck!!!

I would find a handful to interview. Don't just spam blasts to agents, take a personal approach. What is your goal in contacting an agent?

Blasting tons of agents isn't going to be very helpful. Most agents have no clue how to help investors. You're better off networking with REIA meetings and meetups and meeting Agents there that know how to work with investors. Send them a listing lead and they will want to return the favor when they find a deal. It's all about personal relationships with productive agents. Most agents don't produce sadly.
