I want to get a present for someone who just passed his sales associate real estate exam. This has been a long time coming for him in dealing with many roadblocks and hurdles. This individual has successfully been doing property management through a company that has supported him in addition to his off-line unrelated real estate duties that he successfully continues to manage. I’d like to get him a present, reflecting his success at passing his exam and moving into a new exciting venture but I’m not sure what that would be.

Any ideas?

Quote from @Bruce Lynn:

Laser tape measure, or a real one to measure rooms.

Bolt cutters or a small tool kit that goes in the car.

Powerful flashlight for looking in dark homes.

A few spin key boxes to put on vacant homes.

Books on real estate, like The Millionaire Real Estate Agent book, The One Thing, or The Millionaire Real Estate Investor.

Some kind of BP subscription or books.

Tape measure and flashlight are good choices for him. Thanks!
