Picking up New Listings

William Silva
Posted

Hello BP,

Hope you're all having a wonderful start to your new years. In this new year, I plan on obtaining more listings.
When I first got my license several years back, I believe I was using Mojo and would dial out hoping to set some listing presentations. I got a few and successfully sold them.

What software are people using in 2023-2024 to contact FSBOs/Expireds to pick up some listings? or maybe what you think is a better suggestion, I'm all ears.
I'm thinking of doing like 2-3 hours of calls in the day, and door knocking in my neighborhood with my business cards.

Personally I don't think there is any magic.  Like some people ask what is the best CRM.  It's the one you use.  I use a list provider that is local to my market.

The stats actually show your best source of business by a long shot....is dialing people who know love and trust you.  Your sphere.  So I would say, everyone in your phone, every customer you ever helped, ever vendor you ever recommended, everyone in your FB and IG, everyone in your Linkedin.

I often even think about the agents in my office.  Why don't we give each other more business.  I have never once been asked by another agent in my office if I have extra leads or they could assist me with my business.   I think the Russian speaker should introduce herself to every agent on the chance we run into a Russian client who might feel more comfortable working in Russian...or whatever language they speak.   I'll bet there are 50 agents in my office from different countries that speak different languages.   If you're the investor guy, or the mobile home guy, or the divorce guy, or the probate guy or whatever niche you're in, why don't we trade more business in the office?
