New Agent Options for part time sourcing

Hello all, not sure the best title for this post so here is the explanation. I am pre-license and will be taking the test soon. While one day I hope to be a full time agent/investor, I currently have a solid career and do quite well. I have a good amount of time available weeknights/weekends and want to start learning real estate. I have seen a lot of cold calling and lead generation and am wondering if there is a way to do that while passing on the leads for commission/profit. Essentially, I am curious what ways to monetize part time licensed real estate work while learning. I would be open to the non-traditional paths of passing on discovered leads or being some sort of referal agent? Open to any and all info and advice. Thanks for the time!
