What would you do with buyers if you would be a listing agent only?
As an agent, if I didn’t want to deal with buyers and just wanted to deal with sellers only, could I just get a referral fee for the buyers?
How much? 10-15%?
I’ve been told that if my lead strategy is cold calling, then the seller-to-buyer ratio would be 5:1 which would cut out a lot of the buyer side of the job.
