New agent question about investors

Hello Everyone.

I'm a newly licensed agent in the Greater Tampa area. I am just wondering, how would a new agent go about finding investor clients to work with? I know it is a little different from working with traditional home buyers. But I am up for the challenge and would love for someone to take a chance. Since I have been licensed, other agents have been telling me to not deal with investors. That makes me want to even more. Any advice would be great. Thank you.

Congrats to you!

You’re narrowing now your niche which is extremely important.

The good thing about working with investors is that they will buy a house, “reload,” and buy again in a shorter period than a typical homebuyer.

Being on BP is one way to help you meet investors in your area. Another way is to join local meetups and association meetings.

I hope this helps. I wish you all the best.
